Dr Louis-Joseph Laurian

Maxillofacial and Facial Aesthetic Surgeon

With dual expertise in maxillofacial surgery and aesthetic surgery, Dr Louis-Joseph Laurian devotes his practice to the health and harmony of the face. He works closely with a multidisciplinary team of dentists, orthodontists, dermatologists and other specialists to ensure comprehensive, personalized care for each of his patients.

Dr Laurian treats facial dysmorphoses through profiloplasty, combining aesthetic procedures (rhinoplasty, otoplasty, genioplasty) and functional corrections (maxillomandibular osteotomies, septorhinoplasty). These procedures aim to restore a stable occlusion, optimal breathing and craniofacial postural balance.

Areas of expertise

Orthognathic surgery

A specialist in the correction of mandibular and maxillary anomalies, he uses guided surgery and preoperative 3D surgical planning. This rigorous approach guarantees precise, reliable and reproducible results.

Rhinoplasty

Dr Laurian performs rhinoplasty to improve both the aesthetics of the nose and its function, including the management of post-traumatic sequelae. During consultations, simulations are offered to help patients visualize the areas to be corrected. As part of his hospital practice, he teaches ultrasonic rhinoplasty and preservation surgery.

Otoplasty

This surgical procedure corrects protruding ears to harmonize their appearance. Depending on the case, it can be performed under local or general anesthesia.

Stomatology

His expertise also includes routine procedures such as wisdom teeth extraction and the removal of jaw cysts.

Facial skin surgery

Dr Laurian specializes in the surgical management of facial skin lesions.

Aesthetic medicine

Dr Laurian performs botulinum toxin (Botox®) injections at the office, indicated as soon as the first wrinkles appear in order to prevent them from becoming permanent. This treatment, both preventive and corrective, mainly targets forehead lines, glabellar (frown) lines and crow’s feet. It softens stern expressions and opens up the eye area, providing a natural rejuvenating effect. Performed in both men and women from the age of 30, this procedure requires a prior consultation to assess the indications and personalize the protocol.
