About Dr Ketoff
Dr Serge Ketoff is a maxillofacial surgeon specialising in surgery of the face and jaws. Trained at the Paris Faculty of Medicine, he also holds a Master’s degree in biomechanics (ENSAM — Arts et Métiers ParisTech).

Reception hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–1pm and 2pm–7pm.
Procedures under general anaesthesia: Clinique du Trocadéro — 62 rue de la Tour, 75116 Paris.
Reasons for consultation
- orthognathic surgery of the maxilla, mandible and/or chin;
- revision of previous orthognathic surgery;
- custom surgery with titanium PSI.
I do not perform TMJ surgery (prostheses, disc surgery, TMJ pain).
How it works

- File before consultation — face and teeth photos, panoramic, cephalometric radiographs, CT or CBCT
- Online consultation — €120
- Diagnosis and indication
- Orthodontic collaboration — with your orthodontist or one in Paris
- Preoperative appointment — about 1 week before (3D) or 6 weeks before (PSI / manufacturing)
- Surgery — one night in hospital, discharge next day, stay in France at least 8 days after surgery
- Follow-up — 6 weeks, 6 months, 1 year (online or in person)
Indicative fees can be emailed on request. A personalised quote follows the online consultation. Materialise devices are extra if needed. Complications / revision: hospital fees not covered.
